Before you can carry out your activities:
- If you intend to base yourself in Belgium, you must first register your business with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (fr), regardless of whether you set yourself up as a physical person or in the form of company
- If you plan to provide services in Belgium without establishing yourself there, it is highly recommended to consult a one-stop shop for the recognition of professional qualifications (registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises may also be required)
In all cases, the one-stop shops (fr) will be in charge of this registration.
