Membership of a Social Insurance Fund

Self-employed workers have their own social status and a specific social security scheme. As such, the self-employed person must join a social security insurance provider for self-employed persons of their choice and pay quarterly social security contributions.

You can join a social security insurance provider directly by contacting a provider or via a one-stop shop (fr).
